The next major election is the Federal General Election on November 3, 2026, with primary elections on March 10, 2026.
These elections will include races for the U.S. Senate and U.S. House of Representatives.
1st Congressional District: DeSoto and Tate Counties
2nd Congressional District: Coahoma, Quitman, and Tunica Counties

Polls will be open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Remember to bring a valid photo ID, such as a Mississippi Driver's License, U.S. Passport, or other government-issued photo ID.

You can vote absentee in person or by mail. To do either, contact your County Circuit Clerk's office (contact info above). They will provide you with the necessary application and instructions.

For your convenience, all County Circuit Clerk offices will be open for in-person absentee voting on the two Saturdays before the election from 8 a.m. to noon.
